Step 1: Click 'Customer Management'

Step 2: Click 'Customer Sample Registration'

Step 3: Navigate to and click the 'Verified' Listing

Step 4: Enter the customer name to search in the 'Customer' field

Step 5: Navigate to and click on the 'View'

Step 6: Click the 'Cancel (due to customer request)' button to cancel the Entry

Step 7: Click the 'OK' button to confirm cancellation of the Customer Sample Registration Record
