Here are the types of User Profile Settings for different modules available in MyLIMS:

  1. Employee Module: General staff members who carry out day-to-day tasks.

  2. Users Module: Individuals who interact with the system for various purposes, including data entry and analysis. The Users Module in MyLIMS is a fundamental component designed to oversee and regulate individual users' activities within the system. It serves the purpose of managing users engaged in diverse tasks like data entry and analysis. In MyLIMS, various user types including Employees, Internship Students, Freelancers, and Customers are accommodated with distinct accessibilities governed by a well-structured role-based control management system. This system ensures that each user type has tailored permissions and restrictions based on their roles. For instance, an Internship Student may utilize the system to record attendance and input data, while a Customer may leverage the platform to monitor their sample submissions, access reports and invoices, and perform additional functions according to their specific requirements.
  3. Head of Department (HOD) Module: Senior staff responsible for overseeing departmental activities and operations. This types of HOD User Profile including All HOD, Laboratory Manager, Microlab HOD, Chemical Lab HOD, Operation HOD, and Finance HOD.

  4. Teams Module: Groups of employees or users who collaborate on specific projects or tasks. This type of Team User Profile including Lab Team, Microbiological Team, Chemical Team, Operation Team, Finance Team, Sales Team, Marketing Team, and Freelancer.

  5. Signatories Module: Authorized personnel responsible for reviewing and approving documents and reports.
