  2. User Integration:

    • Add to Users Module:

      • Purpose: To enable interns to access the Attendance app using their credentials.

      • Process: HR clicks the ‘Add to Users Module’ button to create a user profile, and access to Users Module to assign the login credential to the Internship Student.

  3. Lifecycle Management:

    • Activation:

      • New entries automatically mark the intern's status as "Active."

    • Termination:

      • The HR team uses the 'End Internship' button, transitioning the status to "Ended Internship."

      • Notifications are sent to all employees upon internship completion.

View and Access Listing

  1. My Intern Details:

    • Visibility: Only to the respective intern.

    • Content: Personal internship details.

  2. Active Internship Student List:

    • Visibility: All employees.

    • Content: List of all active interns.

  3. All Internship Student:

    • Visibility: HR Team and Laboratory Manager.

    • Content: Comprehensive list including both active and ended internships.
