• Create a New Customer Sample Registration Records

  This is a guide for the Customer to submit a new Record of Sample Registration. This is a self-service Module for customers to register their sample information before submitting it to the Laboratory for testing.

• Create Chain-of-Custody (COC)

  This guide shows you how to create the Chain-of-Custody (COC) for the existing Customer Sample Registration Entry

• Submit New Sample Registration Record to the Laboratory (by the MyLIMS Authorizer Customer)

  This guide is for the MyLIMS authorized user. The user will click the 'Submit to KAS' button to confirm the submission of their new Entry of Sample Registration Record.
