Guide: Create Chain-of-Custody (COC) (7 Steps)

Step 1: Click 'Customer Management'

Step 2: Click 'Customer Sample Registration'

Step 3: Navigate to 'All' Listing

Step 4: Navigate and click on the 'Customer' field and enter the customer name to search for the entries

Enter the customer or company name in this section to easily filter the data.

Step 5: Navigate and click on the 'View' to view the Entry

Step 6: Click on the 'Create COC' button to create the Chain-of-Custody (COC) for the Entry

Step 7: Click the 'OK' button to confirm the creation of the COC
